Your subscription includes a clinician’s review, a month of prescribed depression medication when clinically appropriate, and shipping. The price is $19 USD per month and renews monthly until you cancel.
Will I definitely receive a prescription?
A licensed clinician decides whether treatment is appropriate after evaluating you. Completing the questionnaire or paying does not guarantee a prescription. If the provider determines you’re ineligible, you receive a full refund and your subscription is cancelled.
Who can use Pique?
Pique is for adults 18 and older in the United States. The application is currently available in English. You’ll provide your state so your care can be matched to a provider authorized to practice there.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can manage and cancel your subscription through the billing portal. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid the next monthly charge. Contact us if you need help accessing your subscription.
Is this an emergency service?
No. Applications and email are not continuously monitored. If you need immediate emotional support, call or text 988. If you’re in immediate danger or having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
