Eligibility and clinical decisions

Pique is intended for adults 18 and older in supported US states. The application is currently available in English. You must provide accurate information. A licensed clinician determines whether treatment is appropriate. Completing screening, submitting an application, or paying does not guarantee a prescription.

The subscription

The subscription is $19 USD per month and includes a doctor consultation, a month of prescribed depression medication when clinically appropriate, and shipping. It renews monthly until you cancel. The checkout page shows the amount and recurring terms before payment.

Refunds and cancellation

If the provider determines you are ineligible for treatment, your payment is fully refunded and the subscription is cancelled to prevent future renewals. You can cancel through the billing portal before your next renewal to avoid the next charge. Contact bask@withpower.com for assistance with cancellation, refunds, or billing access.

Care and communication

The care team uses the contact details you provide to arrange your next steps. Applications and email are not continuously monitored. Pique is not an emergency service. Call or text 988 for immediate emotional support; call 911 if you are in immediate danger or experiencing a medical emergency.
