Privacy at Pique.

Pique collects the information you provide to process an application for care, arrange clinical review, and manage a subscription. Contact us at bask@withpower.com with privacy questions or access and deletion requests.

Application information

This can include your age eligibility, state, language, services of interest, questionnaire responses, name, email address, and phone number. Application information is shared with the people who operate Pique and the care providers reviewing your application. A screening questionnaire is not a diagnosis or prescription approval.

Payments and notifications

Stripe processes payments and stores payment details. Pique stores subscription and payment references, not your card number. Submission notifications contain a record reference for authorized staff, rather than your health answers. We use service providers for hosting, data storage, and transactional notifications.

Analytics and advertising attribution

With your analytics permission, we retain ad-click identifiers such as fbclid and campaign tags, along with a pseudonymous visitor identifier. These can accompany limited funnel events sent to Segment. Questionnaire answers, scores, names, email addresses, and phone numbers are excluded from these events. Advertising destinations are configured separately; consent does not authorize unrestricted sharing of health information.

Device storage

A secure session cookie lets you return to your application on the same browser. Analytics preferences and permitted attribution may be saved in your browser. Questionnaire answers and contact details are not stored in browser local storage. Essential application and payment records remain necessary to provide the service.

Your choices

You may decline analytics without affecting your ability to apply. Use the choice below to enable or withdraw analytics permission at any time. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or information about retention. Certain records may need to be retained for care, billing, or legal requirements.
